Atty. Regine Estillore-Gonda is a legal professional and certified data privacy officer with a strong foundation in both law and information science. A graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman and San Beda College of Law, she began her career contributing case synopses for CD Technologies Asia and later served as a lecturer in Legal Research and Legal Bibliography at UP Diliman.

She has held key roles in both government and academia, including Attorney II at the Land Registration Authority’s Legal Division and currently as Legal Officer and Data Protection Officer of the UP Diliman Data Protection Office. A DPO ACE Level I certified professional, she brings a blend of legal expertise, regulatory experience, and academic insight to advancing data privacy and compliance.
